  1. Progettazione esecutiva.

    Presentazione ufficiale del Progetto alle Associazioni Imprenditoriali e al territorio aretino. Azioni di sensibilizzazione e divulgazione locale.

    Selezione di aziende/imprenditrici/imprenditori in target per la conduzione delle interviste in profondità

    Informazione ai partner europei e localizzazione del materiale di progettazione esecutiva

    Timing previsto: Novembre 2007- Aprile 2008

  2. Conduzione, in ambito aretino, di circa 10-12 interviste in profondità da trasformare in Case Histories aziendali significative ai fini della focalizzazione dello scenario. Definizione indice e prima fase di stesura Lettura socio-economica imprenditoria femminile aretina.
    Timing previsto: Aprile-Luglio 2008

  3. Conduzione, di 4 Focus Group in ambito europeo per una contestualizzazione e raffronto di respiro internazionale delle tematiche

    Timing previsto: Giugno-Settembre 2008

  4. Elaborazione dei materiali attesi quali output del Progetto

    Disseminazione dei risultati attraverso N° 2 Workshop formativi con Associazioni

    Imprenditoriali

    Stesura conclusiva della Lettura socio-economica imprenditoria femminile aretina.

  5. Diffusione risultati, sperimentazione del Modello. Preparazione del Convegno finale.

    Organizzazione ad Arezzo di un Convegno finale di respiro europeo sulle tematiche

Phases and Timing:


  1. Executive Project

    Official presentation of the Project to Entrepreneurial Associations and social partners.

    Territorial information and sensitization.

    Local selection of enterprises and entrepreneurs for personnel interviews.

    European partners information; localization of executive project’ s items.

  2. Dissemination of previous Italian experience in Tuscany with specific background analisys through representative case histories in Arezzo Province.
    Expected Timing: April-July 2008
  3. European Workshops to debate and compare italian experience and to produce a synthetic scenario about the partners’ situations on focused items.

    Countries project partner: Czechia, Slovenja, Polland, Rumania

    Target of the initiative : local women entrepreneurs and their associations, private and public institutions involved in women equity.

    Expected timing for the 4 workshops: June-September 2008

  4. Editing and adapting of contents and analysis for final documentation.

    Translation and adapting into the 4 mother languages of the countries partner of the supporting materials composed by operative handbooks and an interactive CD-ROM to help women and their associations to transfer the activity, to succeds in a family business, to search for partner.
